- Booking and Payment: To secure your safari experience, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled before the commencement of the safari.
- Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the safari start date will result in a forfeiture of the full payment.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend all travelers to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
- Itinerary Changes: While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, unforeseen circumstances might require adjustments. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary for the safety and comfort of our guests.
- Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements for their destination. Any medical conditions or dietary restrictions must be communicated before the safari.
- Liability: Judan Safaris is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third-party providers, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
- Wildlife Viewing: Respect for wildlife and their natural habitat is paramount. Guests must follow guides’ instructions and maintain a safe distance from animals at all times.
- Conduct: We expect all guests to conduct themselves with respect towards local communities, fellow travelers, and our team. Any disruptive or harmful behavior will not be tolerated.
- Photography: Photographs and videos taken during the safari may be used for promotional purposes by Judan Safaris unless otherwise specified by the guest.
- Force Majeure: Judan Safaris shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.
